EXHILARATING PRODUCTION!
Loved it! Took my daughter and granddaughter for what turned out to be a delightful afternoon. I had re-watched the Lesley Ann Warren TV production and cringed at some of the scenes. This stage version was smartly updated with the emphasis on kindness, empathy and forgiveness -- the characteristics I am eager to instill in my grandchildren. Thank you!

CINDERELLA AT TUACAHN
Not sure I understand your reviewing system since none of these reviews seem to be of the production at Tuacahn - which is wonderful. Beautiful sets, costumes, wonderful orchestra, and extremely talented cast. Gorgeous vocals, lovely dancing, great acting. Absolutely loved it and so did everyone else sitting around me. The new version does have a political edge to it. But what’s wrong with an endorsement of kindness and female agency? Most definitely take the kids. There’s magic in the air.

MAGICAL ENRERTAIEMT
A magical and dynamic entertainment for all ages. Beautifully choreographed and cleverly staged, but that might have needed children included in the production since so many children were part of the audience.

CINDERELLA
This show was wonderful! My daughter, daughter in law and 4 year old granddaughter, loved it! The Rogers and Hammerstein version is my favorite. Thank you for bringing it to Indy! 👑

A LITTLE INSIDE INFO...
Many of those who will attend this great occasion do not realize the talent that lies in the music section of the play. One such universally known musician is violist Chauncey Patterson. Mr. Patterson had risen through the ladder of prominence having played with The Montani String Quartet, Miami String Quartet and the Fine Arts Quartet. Chauncey Patterson combines his passion for perfection, the true honesty of a classical viola performance and the sound of the rare valuable instrument Patterson acquired with money, luck and fate. Chauncey Patterson has an impressive art college and career resume, however a little know fact exisits about his high school 'career'. Chauncey Patterson was the first black student body president in North Carolina in 1979. So when you go to the Cinderella Musical, now you know about another special 'Cinderella Story' person playing his heart out in the orchestra pit.

NOW, THIS IS A MUSICAL!!!
Loved it! Sure, it's an extremely predictable story with a few modernizing and awkward twists. Get over it. The lead has a fabulous voice and can dance. She seemed a bit tense at first but she grows on you. The male lead was terrific. The nasty stepmom showed precision in every move and statement. The fairy godmother entertained with an impressive Wagnerian presence. The supporting cast was perfect and displayed a sense of fun that keeps you engaged. The dancing and gowns were lavish but Cinderella's gowns and changes were amazing. The coach, well, the coach, the coach, the coach was wonderful. You will watch poor Cinderella waltzing through "My Own Little Corner..." and "Ten Minutes Ago..." and wonder why you're so concerned, inspired, and heartbroken over a dumb fairly tale that you know will end well. What voices! The orchestra was every bit as good as the voices. The show was superbly entertaining. You'll be transported to a fairy tale.
