I got invited by a friend and although I knew Eddie was a comedian I have never seen his act, so to prep for it I saw his last Amazon Prime Special. Beside funny, smart and insightful it helped follow his live performance because between laughter one can miss a punch line. I could not help the demographic in the crowd very representative of who would value Eddie's act, his style, his persona, so it was an all around great show. The Palace is a great venue for Standup. Eddie Izzard is comedy and humanity at its finest
He is a comedic genius and all that is good about humans. I laughed until I cried. Have seen him several times and was disappointed with his book tour show, so was hoping he was back to form for this go round. He did not disappoint!
