Unfinished on his death, it was through his wife's promotion that the piece reached the public. Full of haunting emotion and humanity, it is captivating and an example of a magnificent talent unquelled even in the face of the famed composer's own mortality.
Don't miss this performance from the Columbus Symphony led by conductor Rosen Milanov and featuring the vocal talents of Alexandra Nowakowski, Hannah Ludwig, Roy Hage, Adam Cioffari, and the Columbus Symphony Chorus. The program also offers the opportunity to hear Mason Bates innovative tribute to the orchestra, Auditorium.
